Baseline SportsMedia, Inc., doing business as Gameday Shots is seeking reliable, enthusiastic, motivated, and outgoing people wanted to work as fan photographers at the Metrodome at every Minnesota Twins home game for the 2008 season. Photo experience not required, but basic knowledge of photography a plus.

Fan photographers take photos of fans and give out gallery cards that inform them where they can find their photo on-line. Please visit www.atlantabraves.com/gamedayshots for examples.

Shifts are about 4-5 hours, generally beginning thirty minutes before gates open and ending during the middle of the 8th inning. All equipment (Nikon D40 cameras) as well as employee shirts are provided.. The pay scale is based on your overall performance including reliability and consistency and starts at $10 and ranges up to as high as $16/hour for the most outstanding photographers who work hard, are reliable and consistent and consistently exceed the nightly photo and sales quotas.

The schedule will follow exactly the Twins home schedule which is viewable on the Twins website (www.minnesotatwins.com) You must be able to make 80% of games including entire series or even entire homestands although you are not required to work every game. There are a handful additional special event opportunities during the year as well.

Have a friendly personality and feel comfortable approaching fans
Be able to represent themselves in a clean, respectful and professional manner
Have a cell phone
Have an e-mail address they regularly check
Be a quick learner

Scheduling is based on availability and performance, as well as projected game attendance. On average, six to eight photographers will be scheduled each game.

Please be aware that this job requires standing, crouching, walking, and climbing stairs and seats. Water stations are available to employees. Please take these conditions into consideration before applying.
